Tailored fitness sessions in healthcare
We deliver safe, inclusive exercise sessions within healthcare settings, designed around the needs of each individual and the realities of the environment. Sessions can be delivered in on-site gyms where available, or we can bring our own equipment to run sessions in communal spaces or rooms on wards/homes and spaces.
We work closely with care staff, activity coordinators, and clinical teams to align with care plans, routines, and any relevant guidance, ensuring sessions fit seamlessly into day-to-day care. In the past we’ve also supported sports days, challenges, and special events to boost engagement, connection, and motivation.
Every session includes clear coaching, appropriate adaptations, and supportive progressions from DBS Enhanced checked staff.






Care Homes
We provide inclusive exercise for care home residents through both group sessions and individual support, helping people stay active in a way that feels safe, enjoyable, and achievable.
We work closely with activity coordinators and care staff to plan sessions that suit residents’ needs, routines, and energy levels, with clear adaptations so everyone can take part (including seated and supported options).
Our focus is on keeping residents engaged and motivated, building confidence through familiar movements, gentle strength work, mobility, and balance activities that support day-to-day independence, falls-prevention and wellbeing.

Supported Living
We deliver supportive, inclusive exercise for people living in supported living services, either in their own accommodation or in communal areas.
Sessions are tailored to the individual’s needs, abilities, and goals, focusing on practical strength, mobility, balance, and confidence for everyday life.
We work closely with support staff and, where appropriate, family members to ensure sessions are safe, consistent, and aligned with routines and any relevant guidance, helping individuals stay engaged, build independence, and keep moving regularly.

Hospitals
We work in collaboration with physiotherapy teams and hospital ward staff to ensure sessions align with clinical guidance, mobility status, and day-to-day routines.
Sessions are delivered at the patient’s pace, with clear support and adaptations to build confidence, maintain strength and mobility, and encourage comfortable, functional movement.

Mental Health Settings
We provide supportive movement and exercise sessions within mental health services, with a focus on both physical health and overall wellbeing. Having an external provider visit can bring added motivation, fresh energy, and consistent encouragement, helping people build routine, confidence, and a positive connection with movement.
Our staff undergo safety and prevention training in line with the setting, and we work closely with Occupational Therapy, Psychology, and wider healthcare teams to ensure sessions are appropriate, safe, and aligned with individual needs and care plans.
